There are many positive experiences we can recall, but the standout was when our pug (then 10 years old and now in her 16th year) was critically ill with severe jaundice. We had resigned ourselves to the worst, but for over a month, the entire team of vets and assistants worked tirelessly to bring her back from the brink.
